Terms and Conditions of Hajirah Travels
All the tour packages on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme.
For all our tours, we require a non-refundable deposit, so please ensure that the tour you are booking is of your satisfaction; otherwise it may lead to the loss of your deposit. Furthermore, once issues, all air tickets are non-refundable.
Some customers may decide to book a tour with us, but on a different flight to the one advertised on our website. This will mean that we will no longer be responsible for transportation from the airport to the hotel, due to additional costs. However, they will still be included in all other tour activities.
Before booking a tour, please ensure that all package inclusions suit your needs satisfactorily, as only the provisions advertised will be available to all customers. Please note, laundrette services are not provided as part of our tours, therefore all customers must make their own arrangements.
Tour bookings can be paid for via cash, cheque or bank transfers. Hajirah Travels will require proof of identification for payments made by credit card i.e. billing address or driving license when purchasing travels services. Reluctantly we also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, issue and expiry date in order to bill you for the transaction purchased through Hajirah Travels. We assure you that your card information will always remain safe and we are fully accountable to protect your card details.
In an unlikely event if your travel plan was interrupted due to war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, airport closures, adverse weather condition and similar event beyond our control, Hajirah Tours will communicate with you to inform and advise you to make substitute travel arrangements.
